Printec’s corporate philosophy is to contribute to advances in society, culture, and environmental protection through its electronic circuit business. To realize this philosophy, the entire company is working to offer the market a broad product lineup ranging from circuit materials to fabricated circuit boards.

Printec was established in 1981 as a manufacturer of printed wiring boards (PWBs). Since then, Printec has grown its business in the rapidly advancing electronic components industry, based on its policy of "customer satisfaction through quality."

Through the passion and effort of our employees, Printec will continue to deliver even better products to our customers from developing new materials to offering advanced fabricated circuit boards.

紛争鉱物問題への取り組み

アフリカのコンゴ民主共和国およびその周辺国において、一部の鉱物が武装勢力の資金源となっており、人権侵害や紛争の長期化につながっているといわれています。その懸念から、米国においては上場企業に対し、紛争鉱物（金、タンタル、タングステン、錫など）の使用状況の開示を義務づける金融規制改革法（ドッド・フランク法）が2010年7月に制定されました。 当社では、紛争鉱物に関する取り組みを企業としての社会的責任と捉えており、不正な資金、または非合法な方法により採掘・採取された紛争鉱物を使用した原材料、およびこれらが含有される部材・部品などの採用を排除する努力を推進していきます。

Policy on conflict minerals

Some mineral resources originating in the Democratic Republic of the Congo and neighboring African countries are said to be the source of funding for armed groups, which has led to prolonged human rights violations and conflicts. In reaction to these concerns, the United States passed a financial regulatory reform bill (Dodd–Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act) in June 2010 that obligates listed companies to disclose their use of conflict minerals (gold, tantalum, tungsten, tin, and others). Printec believes that its policy related to conflict minerals is its social responsibility as a company, and is making efforts to eliminate the use of raw materials, and components and parts that use them, obtained through illicit funding or unlawful mining and collection.
